No migraines today, thank God. I don't have much on my plate work-wise. My job is ending in April, so basically we are just here to answer any questions or do piddly things. This means I can work on some personal things, which is good. I've got plenty to do. Hoping we can start a rotation soon so I can be off several days in a row to focus on finding a job. Will be nice.
I weighed 117.5 this morning. Not what I wanted to see, but this is what happened before. I'd see a low and it would fluctuate until the scale finally decided on that low # for certain. Not stressing too bad about it, but I will try and stay under or at my RDI and see what happens. I have to look at my diet calendar on the days before I weighed in at my current posted weight to see if I can figure it out.
Worked out for the 3rd day yesterday. Decided to work out triceps at home because it is pretty easy and it's one of the days I don't work out another body part with it. Legs I work alone but the gym has more variety of things for legs.
I'm thinking sausage and sauerkraut for breakfast. I almost made my husband puke when I told him of those breakfast plans, but hey, I'm German. What can I say. LOL

Thanks, Mike. I looked at my diet calendar, and I don't know that I see any type of rhyme or reason for how I got to 115.7 three days ago. I only see 2 things that I did the day before I weighed in and the day of. I only had coffee for breakfast, which I tend to do on the weekends because I wake up later and I get into doing other things. The other thing was I had fish and eggs in a couple of my meals. Other than that, who knows. Will keep on truckin'. I think you are right. It could be muscle gain. I need to try on my test jeans/pants. Have a super day!

Like how you are not stressing about the scale...or even changing jobs. That's the stoic German too I bet. ;-) Everything always works out in the end. What you say about the fluctuations makes perfect sense as you've seen it before. In my case, the scale may give a false reading with PMS, not enough water, or sometimes digestion. Your chart looks fantastic, and your focus sounds strong. Well done!! Thanks for your comments on my journal yesterday. Appreciate your understanding. The book you mentioned would be good to check out.

Thanks, Maria. I knew about my job ending since last March, so it has had time to sink in. The company I have worked at for 10 years was bought out by a large international company and most of the employees are being laid off or have already. Some were not told when they would be let go, so I consider myself one of the luckier ones. They always keep the accountants til the end. Someone has to count the money. LOL...anyway, I will message you the book info. Take care!
