I do not know where this loss came from so I can only assume that it was a belated birthday present from my scales!
(I thought it was a bit of a present that I landed on 154.0 on my birthday too as I hadn't been expecting that either - belatedly trying some damage limitation but not really expecting to hit goal!)
It does seem to be that "eat slightly too much for a short while, lose weight faster afterwards" phenomena once again. I don't mind, no I don't.
