breakfast help needed
does anyone know of any low carb smoothies that i can make for breakfast, my day starts at 5 am dont like eating that early in the morning, at the moment im having almond milk spinach and cucumber with a table spoon of coconut oil, must admit im getting fed up of it, i dont like kale tried that man was it bad and stunk to high heaven also dont like avocado would try it again if i couldnt taste it in a shake thanks in advance
