Totally cut out the animal products, cholesterol, saturated fat. Changed my diet to Pesco- vegan this means I eat only seafood as my meat. My diet excludes eggs,dairy,poultry,red meat, pork, trans fat, minimal saturated fat.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My main protein source is soy protein, tofu, vital wheat gluten, beans, seafood, basically a beans, rice, seafood diet

My nutritional consult with my doctor diagnosed me as pre diabetic, elevated triglyceride, recomendation was to lose weight, exercise more, lower saturated fats, lower trans fat, cut out sugar sources, consume more vegetable fats less animal fats. I took it one step further and cut out eggs, dairy, red meat..

Increase my fiber basically eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, beans.
