Friday: Good nights sleep, Windy and cold. after yesterdays warm spell I was dissapointed to find the change in weather. Fighting with B. He is taking the day off to help daughter #1s friend move. I am remembering last year when we had to move and he didnt do any prep work for 6 weeks even tho he had the days off.. then on moving days NO-ONE helped. at 56 years old I was carrying furniture up and down stairs and hauling paint cans to the dump. AND After I have raided and depleted the savings account to bail his business out multiple times, he feels like he can sacrifice a days pay to help someone else....always trying to be someone elses hero. I am so depressed and dissapointed in how my life has turned out in so many ways , Every thing I try comes to nothing. but I have endevored to keep trying and keep up the good spirits, He is a very good husband in so many ways but is very short sighted in others,If I had it to do over again I never would have married, the more I pick up the load the more he drops it and does for others, he has absolutely no sence of loyalty. It has caused a lot of problems. At my age these kinds of constant dissapointments feel like a rubbed raw rash that just wont go away no matter what I do to "keep up the good spirits" .Putting my foot down just escalates into a major fight over one day of lost pay, but I am beyond tired of being used and disrespected by my H and my Ds.
Dieting on days like this is very depressing to think about. I cant lose hope or I never will get healthy and feel better. I must be extra vigilant today.
I am trying to follow the guide ofr accupressure points that I found on line to help control appitite If it works I may but that book called pressure points from amazon, it has a lot of good reviews.
I am thinking about putting a box of HOSTESS O's RASPBERRY DONUTS in the breakroom every day for a year and watching EVERYBODY on this floor get FAT...I swear wouldnt that be just RUDE! ! !
