One more question for the gang...I am looking for a good detox to drink to cleanse my system of toxins that probably have built up over the last year. I do not need a laxative, i just want something that will get the toxins out. Maybe my muscles will behave if i do a good detox.

I am enjoying and getting good results with the Skinny Gut line of probiotics and protein shakes/enzymes that Mom2Boxers recommended. Just reordered some. Also, look up Bentonite and consider taking a spoonful of that in water a few times a week to get rid of heavy metal contamination.

You have a liver don't you? It does all the detoxifying for you. To help it eat clean. Meaning NO processed food!!! And drink plenty of water :)
