I lost for the week even though I am up for the day. I am still down .8 for the week. I'm upping my exercise again and still. Right now I'm at 60 minutes a day average for cardio. I'm adding in more weights/resistance training for better muscle definition once all this weight does come off. :) One day a week is not enough.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 126.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
