Steady again...no derop in weight for months...CRAP!!!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya Coach, I've been stalled since October! I think it has something to do with being ever so close to my goal. I am starting to think I can't ever exceed 40 carbs a day--last time I tried OWL I gained lbs! But keep it up, we will both get there eventually! :-)
