hi everyone! feeling better today! now it's just a waiting game...as usual, right? :)</P><P>Last night the boy and I had rotini, and since we didn't have enough gravy left, or as some of u like to call it, sauce, I made a weird concoction. half a can of 3-cheese sauce, some garlic & roasted red pepper dressing, red pepper sauce, and chili & garlic pasta...needless to say it was spicy!!! but he LOVED it. i swear the boy will eat anything spicy. he even wants to try a ghost pepper at some point in his life...i think he's nuts! so anyway, the pasta was very tasty and i'll have to make that sauce again...but with only 1 tbsp of the chili & garlic sauce instead of 2. :)</P><P>the rest of my week is pretty busy! getting my hair done tonight, looking for wedding rings tomorrow then food shopping, thursday we're having my bff and her hubby over for dinner, and same with friday, but with a different couple. work is in between all of that...fun times! so ready for my honeymoon! lol!</P><P>hope everyone has a good day!

Your spicy dish sounds good. I had never heard sauce called gravy until I married into an Italian family from Philly. Two days after I was married my MIL taught me how to make her gravy. Oh is it good:)

Lheeney, could you maybe give me the recipe? I have always wanted to make a good sauce/gravy. I usually either use just canned diced tomatoes and garlic/basil or get it from our local butcher. The butcher's is really good but I'd like to know how to make it myself. Rox, as usual you have lots of fun plans! Enjoy.

Jimmy loves spicy, too! At this burger place we go to once every blue moon, he orders a Hellraiser burger. Three types of chilies. I don't know if you ever watch that show Man Vs. Food, but they had a burger at this place with a ghost pepper in it. Only three people have been able to complete the challenge of finishing the burger and waiting for 30 minutes after finishing it to have milk or something to numb the burn of the peppers. Crazy!!! I love making up weird concoctions, but only when they work out!!! Have a great week Gina!

L, yeah I don't know who started the gravy name, but that's all I've known! Cindy, a ghost pepper is one of the hottest peppers in the world! Hotter than a habanero (sp?)! Beets, I know! I never stop moving...I gotta learn how! Laura, I saw that episode! I LOVE Man vs Food! In fact, I have a reminder in my phone for tomorrow night's live 2 hour show!! so excited!

I never heard of the ghost pepper till we started watching Man V Food - I love spicy food as much as the next girl, but I don't think so hunny!!!! Have fun with your errands this week. Ring shopping is NICE!

What!!! NPH on Glee?!! When? I'm so watching. I love him! How funny all of you saw that Man vs. Food episode! I wanted that burger but without the ghost pepper. Hehe. I love burgers.

My mom's been trying to get me to watch Glee, but I just don't have time to get into it right now. I might have to make an exception for NPH, though. I love him! I was so mad that I had class until 9:00 tonight, because I have to wait until tomorrow to watch LOST online. I'm not a crazy, annoying LOST fan, but I do enjoy it :-)
