Here is my phase 1, day 2 (FS day 2, Monday, 4th June):

07:30 am - 25 grapes
01:00 am - salad (no dressing)
(6 cups spinach, 1/2 medium red onion, 4 medium tomato
wedges, 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, 4 slices of cucumber, ~0.2
sprouts, 2 small whole black olives, and 2 jalepeno peppers)
04:00 pm - 1 large apple and 1 plain puffed brown rice cake (salt free)
06:00 pm - 15 grapes
10:00 pm - salad (no dressing)
(6 cups mixed greens, 1/2 medium red onion, 4 large tomato
slices, 1 cup of mushrooms, 8 cucumber slices, 1/2 cup of
sprouts, 1/2 cup of black olives, 1/2 cup of jalepenos, 1/2
cup of banana peppers, 1/2 cup of pickles, 1 cup of spinach)

Everything is going well. Just have to keep it up.

Stick to it and you will see the difference after the detox. I found the third/fourth day to be the toughest.
