Here is my phase 1, day 3 (FS day 3, Tuesday, 5th June):

06:30 am - 10 grapes
10:00 am - 1 plain puffed brown rice cake (salt free)
2:15 pm - 1 large apple

Don't forget you can eat salads w/fat-free dressing (3 T of it) if you wanted to add that into your meal plan. I have done a baby green salad w/mixed veggies (the raw mix u can find in the store), and then I would throw some grapes on top of it to give it a little more taste. Now that strawberries are coming in, that is also good on top.

Looking good! Just a suggestion though, you might try eating a little more and drinking water....I don't know if you are really eating enough to get your metabolism up to where it needs to be...just a suggestion. Keep it up!!!
