The weather is making me want to fire up the smoker. Unfortunately my smoker met an untimely demise at the hands of a pecan tree. A branch, actually, about six inches in diameter scored a direct hit.

Looking FABULOUS, Phil! Kinda scary that it's 80 there in February. Lightly snowing and 28 in Reno right now, but our winter has mostly been rainy and warmer (quite unusual here) and we've already achieved our yearly average for precipitation.
