day 156..i have started doing my morning walk again...i was missin that moring air..lol..no being in the gym for 2 hours was to long a time in the gym for me...temp outside this moring was 39...not to bad after the first block or two...lol...

helps takin a day off...makes you want to work out harder the next day...lol
