Fat Head pizza, the son ate it! He even liked it. Husband isn't home yet so I don't know about him yet. No, it is not pizza but it is the nearest I have come to it yet. I slightly over-baked it. I guess I made it thinner than I was supposed too or the pizza stone baked it quicker. It was really brown around the edges but otherwise fine. I checked mine at 10 minutes (it's supposed to cook for 12-15) and it was already overdone.
The pizza stone worked great. I prepped it earlier today by baking it for 2 hours. The smell made me leave the house for a while but it didn't make it again when I used it tonight. Perfect!

I kept reading about it and ordered the pizza stone for it on Friday. It came yesterday and I had to do the pre-using it thing. (Rinse off, baked for 2 hours after letting dry overnight). I've been looking for an excuse to buy a pizza stone for a long while.

I love mine. I just keep it in the oven....it comes in handy for so many things!

Update with hubby about the pizza. I asked him if he liked it, he said yes but it was a thin crust (we don't normally get thin crust). That was it. He complained about the cauliflower crust one, hated it. He's okay with the ground chicken one but this one he actually likes. Winner, this one is sticking around.

I've not tried it on a pizza stone yet. I'll have to do that tomorrow night. I usually just put it on a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan. I make the guys regular pizza on the pizza stone so since it is hot, I might as well make mine that way too.
