Up 2.5 pounds. It has to be water. I haven't deviated at all.

Just to add to my stress level of all the other things I can't control.

I will just keep on the plan.
207.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 17.5 lb a week

Water can cause a temporary gain for sure. Stick with it.
