Sherillynn's Journal, 14 February 2017

Last night, the weather was finally good enough to get out for a 2 mile walk with the dog. The ice is melting and we have several more days in the forecast of 50 degrees and higher.

I hope that this will help me through my slump, both weight wise and emotionally. I have been a mess.

I haven't planned my meals for today yet. I am not usually this far behind the curve.

If any of you are praying people, please say a prayer for me. I am really in a tough spot.
