gooooooooooooood mornin everyone...did 2 workouts yesterday on bike for a totally of 45 min..not as much as i wanted to do, but better then none...scales are up slightly this mornin, not sure why, can only guess it was the bolony and wheat bread that i ate with it yesterday...even though its wheat bread i still dont eat alot of it, less im havin one of my bad days..gotta cook again today, outta stuff to pull outta the freezer...that just seems to keep me more focused on what to eat to stay on track easier...less temptations to pick stuff thats not as good for me...was thinkin of takin a day off from exercising, just cause i probly should, but hate to...even though i kno i should...lol...give my knee a day to rest up...instead of just 8 hours...need to do a few chores around the house today since its suppose to be in the upper 40s and rain...cause next week suppose to turn off cold again...an i was just gettin use to the above average temps....lol...well guess i need to get up an eat breakfast an decide if today is my off day of exercise..or if i will just change it up by puttin a dvd in an dancing to get movement....have a great day everyone...

MINI GOALS THAT I TRY AND FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!

2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!

3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!

5. I AM FIRST !!!!!

6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS YOU CAN REACH!!!

16. IF IT WAS SO EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING YOU HOW...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

17. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY...YOU'RE ONLY IN COMPETION WITH YOURSELF !!!!!!

i decided to ride that bike again today...hard to take a day off when you kno you need to get exercise...so rode it this morning for 35 min...then had to stretch my butt...lol

Superb job on getting the ride in again today!! And you're right on track in getting prepared for the next few days...SOOO much easier to keep focused when you have foods readily available when your'e hungry... Have a GREAT day Mike...I can see the focus returning for you...We CAN do this...I know it....hugggs...>D
