So I'm wicked happy with the 4lb loss over the last week. I've been working out, lifting weights, and I've changed my diet to lower my intake. My biggest problem is portion control.... I want to have those two or three extra bites...
I'm starting Blue Apron tonight. I hope that with them sending the food for the recipes that it will help control portions. I think I will do better with it than my husband will...
