Having been ill, I hadn't eaten much Thurs-Sat. Yesterday feeling better my appetite came back! I had some pepperoni, then the man candy brought me a five guys lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger. Usually that would be too much but i wolfed it down! Didn't even feel stuffed or tired lol. That had put me at my cal, fat, pro macros for the day but come dinner I was ready for more lol. Had some chicken and brussels. My carbs were in check but went like 700kcal over normal budget. Less my fingers being a little puffy this am (gone now), I feel 1000x better! I haven't gained or lost really so hopefully I will start to descend again. Hope you guys have a fantastic day!

Sounds like my weekend. Had a good Saturday, I think I was at 19 Net, but Sunday- I didnt exactly cheat, but I did go over my Cals but had decent Macros...but I think the Fathead Pizza and Salt kept me a bit puffy and I know I didnt drink enough water on Sunday!
