so I am covering a 2-10 shift due to a call out figured I would do a carb refeed as i havent done one in about 3 weeks. so anyways i picked up a grinder. I ate half and stomach got sharp pains, now 40 mins later i feel ill sleepy and like i may vomit. Anyone have these issues with refeeds? blah!

I don't know the terms your using like grinder and refeed. but I looked it up and found out what reefed means but the grinder I have no clue, sorry.

grinder is either a hoagie, sub roll, it depends on where you live. either way its a lot of bread and bulk for the system to digest

I've heard about carb refeed. If I would do that, I would rather eat a sweet potato or more veggies to get the carbs in. Easier on the stomach for sure.

so apparently it was the beginning of a bug.. been fighting it since :) hahahaha i automatically blamed those nasty carbs!
