alllicat's Journal, 21 January 2010

So after yesterday's freak out, I'm calm. I'm no longer worrying. I am going to amp up my caloric intake a bit just to see if I can make it happen, but I'm just going to keep my exercise the same.

Joe and I went out to dinner. He understands what's going on, and he's just as worried as I am. That doesn't really help though. He took me to Sephora though, so I could get Philosophy bubblebath. I got Bubble Gum Blast off. I felt like I was bathing in pure sugar, it was so nice. I grabbed a Sookie Stackhouse novel, and vegged out for an hour. It was just what I needed.

After that I messed around on the computer, and then laid in bed with my Kindle and read some more of "Gone with the Wind." I am in love with the movie so I figured I'd read the book. I have the 70th Anniversary DVD set waiting for me when I finish the book. I am very excited to finish the book, so I can watch the 4 hour movie and just relax, and make Joe sit through it with me. (He made me watch BOTH Borat and Bruno! He can watch Gone with the Wind, hehehe)

Wii Fit said I was down this morning, I'll just take it at face value, and I'm not going to record it. I'm feeling better all around. I actually have a 5 today!

I love the books! I read them all in like 1 week, I couldn't stop! I would get plenty of exercise w/ Eric. Haha!

Oh my gosh, you had what I consider an ideal day! That bubble bath sounds SO heavenly. I want to go out and buy that scent NOW... I mean it! Hey, I also have ready the Sookie Stackhouse books. I just finished the last one a week ago. Love them! But I think I am alone in the opinion that I want ALCIDE as Sookie's romantic choice. If not Alcide, then maybe Bill. But I'm not sold on Eric...not yet anyway. What do you think?

I like Alcide, too. I'm so excited for him to be in the next season. I like Eric, a lot. I think it's the viking thing, and after reading the books and seeing the show, it's just so much easier to imagine him winning an "international best butt contest." On to the bubble bath, it WAS amazing! It was a little pricey ($16), but it's 3-in-1, bubble bath, shower gel, and shampoo!! It's totally amazing. I recommend it for anyone looking to de-stress.
