I cant do push ups, trying to figure out how to make a change it in progress. Even though I am doing a lot more eating than i ever have, im loosing the weight and feel a lot stronger.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe try desk push ups. I do these standing at my desk at work. Seems to help with lower back fatigue and provides the stretch I need after sitting for hours on end.

I can't do push ups either. I do passive exercises, knee knocks, stomach heel to butt and juggling 2 tennis balls...easy peasy and I can watch TV!
