$&@#%!! Planned my day around a high fat dinner & forgot a major ingredient! Struggling to get my macros, it literally cut my fat in half! Grrr Lils has gymnastics and if I waited till we got back it wouldn't be till like 10 I would eat which I can't do because of IF. #venting #grumpygirl smh

It's not easy. I keep bone broth & avocado oil handy. It tastes good and helps me meet daily macros. Good luck!
