Starting again (yesterday) on the '17 Day Diet' after a way-too-long holiday season. I had made the conscious decision to eat reasonably but not necessarily healthfully (heh) between Thanksgiving and New Years. That time is now behind me and I'm back to eating better. I'm happy to see there was no severe damage and I expect that I'll be back to my previous weight within a week... certainly less than two.
Good to be back!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1215 kcal Fat: 70.10g | Prot: 61.48g | Carb: 84.69g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch: unsalted butter, broccoli, ribeye steak. Dinner: Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Crushed Tomatoes (Canned), Butter , Broccoli , Onions, Cheese Ravioli. Snacks/Other: Fuji Apples, strawberry banana nonfat yogurt. more...

i am too....i packed 2 kilos during my vacation....i visited a place where their main food is bread and sausages and cheese, nutella .....and men do they taste good.......now am back to work so since today i have decided to start eating health..i am going on 3 day fruits diet to detox my body...then i have made another decision to be vegeterian...strict one...so hopefull this am able to reach my goal of 54 kg
