Winter is truly here. and so is my S.A.D. So i've been dealing with it and have to confess that i haven't been as diligent with my food as i should be. I think i just needed a little break, but i didn't go too far astray so i'm gonna cut myself some slack and not kick myself too hard today. I'm back on surgery track With the Weight Loss clinic so i'm pleased about that. this time, i'm not so frazzled or terrified of what's to come. thank you, god, for small, loving favors.

P. S. Whoa! Just finished inputting the rest of today's food intake. Yikes! got a little crazy with the fat grams for my treat day sandwich, but...ah well, it might be awhile before i can even consider eating it again. Hmmm, think i said that the last time i ate this sandwich around Thanksgiving. ;<D. Okay, tomorrow, major exercising....
382.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is so stinkin cold here! I never stuck my nose out the door today. I have to go into town tomorrow and I am dreading it! Plus they are threatening us with snow over the weekend. Boo!
