I just found this site and signed up. Hopefully the tools and support here will help me reach my goal of being healthy and off all these medications I am currently on. I hate taking pills! I am so ready to get my health back and this site will keep me motivated.

The key is consistency. Log everything, come here every day, and let the community support you. No cheats, no excuses, FOCUS. It's possible.
