Ugh! Cleaning apple pie boil-over is a major pain! I put all pies on baking sheets, just in case. SO much easier to soak a baking sheet overnight, than clean the oven! I vote for Ron's evening! LOL

Oh noooo ! Reminds me of school days, I was always having to stay back in cooking class to clean up the oven after my catastrophes, eventually they persuaded me to take other lessons instead. Baking just isnt my thing. You guys sound like awesome neighbours.

yeah my lemon cheese pie for last sunday's dinner, I spilt some in the oven when putting it in. What a mess. I had to take all my lids out of the bottom drawer what a sticky mess.. But it came out alright. All got ate.
