I tried to list my food yesterday, kind of lumped it pretty much in one meal though it was more spread out through the day. Ate way to much and up a pound this morning. Hopefully it will be gone by Monday's weigh in. However tomorrow is a birthday party so that is a bit of a roadblock thrown in. Our Thanksgiving was outstanding with lots of quality family time. I sent most of the leftovers home with others so won't be tempted by noodles, potatoes, dressing, pie, etc, etc. I've enjoyed reading my buddies journals about their wonderful days.
