only took 3 days to get back down to my pre weekend weight. Just shows how much a weekend of bad food choices and lots of alcohol effects my body. I can't believe I used to do that 3 - 4 nights a week and eat lie that almost daily. Such a change in a year, just need to keep remembering how far I have already come and changed! Hope everyone has a great day and smashes their goals!
169.3 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So good! But also pretty scary how I used to do that daily without even thinking about what I was putting into my body. Explains how I put on so much weight haha. Onwards and upwards :D xx

Indeed! :-) I watched a program a few years ago called Secret Eaters and on one of the segments, they said that people who have food issues think about food all of the time except when they're eating! I found that so relatable and try to think about it when I feel like binge eating. So often in the past, I would sit their watching TV with a pack of biscuits and look down and be surprised that they were all gone. Keep on keeping on hey x
