Wow...one of the upper management asked me to join him for lunch today out of the office to get my oppinion on some issues...we went to a buffet (not really good for watching your calories!!)

I was being good...had a bowl of soup & salad with dressing...then some rice, one piece of ham & a small piece of haddock...I had an iced tea for a drink...then I thought I would "cheat" and have a piece of apple pie...then some Jell-O with whipped cream...if I had stopped at the soup and salad and had the Jell-O dessert, I would have been fine...but nope...that meal alone was over 2500cal...and I thought I was being good...great start to the week...

Back on the wagon...and try to control yourself!!

Those buffets can be a real b**tch... they're hard to resist, and hard to count too. Like you say, back on the wagon, just pick up where you left and keep going.

Don't get discouraged. I can't believe how many calories are in certain foods. Keep up the great work and try and make even better choices. Happy holidays.
