It is hard to eat so often when I've programed myself to "not eat much" I realized I need to fuel my body now, but it's hard to change years of beliefs that you shouldn't eat. Obviously the not eating much (I was eating 1 Lean Cuisine a day plus some fruit and salad<--- not often on the last two) was not working for me. So I'm going to try to eat my 1700-1800 calories a day and see how it works.
