Okay going to try this again. Lifestyle change is what it is, no negative thoughts, no stressing... I am trying to eat more which seems so wrong to me... I was only eating 1 Lean Cuisine pizza a day, plus some fruit and coffee with flavored creamer <--- major calories I know and I wasn't losing a thing. So everybody started telling me my body was holding onto what little I was eating and that I needed to eat more often, small meals... I have to say it's tough to eat 3-4 times a day! I know it should be up to 5-6 small meals, but I just can't eat that often, plus it does get expensive. No one wants to talk about the fact that fruits/veggies/nuts/yogurt are expensive. Any ways, not complaining, but do have a family of 5 to feed and that is 3 growing boys plus a hubby (with no weight problem at all)
