oh well it's still off not on!!!
158.7 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Strange Trout. I have read about your bad knees! I need to have a left knee replacement but I will hang on for as long as I can. I used to be a long distance runner as well many moons ago.

Ow, poor you. I avoid my doctor and cross the street if I see him headed my way in case he says anything to me about doing similar. That, and I don't like him very much . . . I was a foolish runner: long road runs with plenty of downhills, it was only a matter of time before I damaged myself. Ho hum, love to walk anyway!

We walk for miles as it is a good time walking and talking with my husband. I especially like exploring different areas, looking at houses and gardens followed by a reward gin and soda with lime! i have to say Sketchers trainers and my treadmill has not caused me a problem as yet!!

I'm with you there, it's a great time to talk. I used to live in Cape Town and my mother and I would walk everywhere on a Sunday to look at all the open houses (it's when they sell houses, none of this "can you rearrange your entire day for a viewing on Tuesday at two?"). Exercise and nosiness, bliss!
