It has been 2 years 5 months since last MyFatSecret weigh-in. I see at that time I was at 180. Then I gained 19 pounds hitting 199. (My all time high was 207 gaining all that weight when police officer James Albight and his wife Hilda Albright swindled me big time by stealing my business Lakeshore Testing from me.)

July 9, 2016 was the day I made up my mind to lose some weight and get fit. I joined the Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging and Masrerpiece Living program. Yoga, Tai Chi, chair aerobics and Stretch and Tone along with counting calories I now weigh 170 today. Oct 16, 2016
170.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
