exercised for 1 hour even though I WAS VERY NAUSEATED. I haven't lost any weight for 5 days. I sure hope to see it on the scale tomorrow.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
