Phew day 55 Suzie. I'm feeling it too! We all have bad habits. At the moment mine is an opened box of After Eights. Just hope the grandchildren arrive sometime soon today to eat the little minty squares of deliciousness

Something that helped me when I was being mega-good was planning, planning, planning! Plan your meals for the week in a rough fashion with your other half then refine it into your FS food diary to fit with your RDI. It takes a bit of work at the start but gets easier (although in full confession mode, I have to say I've stopped and paid the price weight-wise). Best of luck with your journey. Px

I am with you on the chocolate front. I wouldn't have an open box of After Eights, I would have an empty one. You have just got to get your head right. You sound like you are aware of your problem areas so that is a good base to build on.

I have had to give up chocolate, why? Because i can't just eat one. Once i have one i just say "oh i'll just have one more", which leads to another and another....... So i have stopped buying it altogether. I haven't missed it either, or other sweet stuff. Just hope i can keep it up.
