Working out at the gym, burning an average of 1770 calories a day, according to the fitbit report. With an average of 1200 calorie intake, I am on schedule to lose 1 pound this week. We shall see! Sunday weigh in!

Hoping to lose 10 pounds in a month but I will have to get out on the road every day! I was sick and was not able to get out contradancing, which is 4000 to 6000 steps in an evening.

The math works if you eat clean is what I have been told. Just finished a little bag of cheezits though so not 100% on the "no junk" challenge!

Last night I worked out on some weight machines: 3 sets of 12, and did: overhead press, back fly?, forward press, deltoid press, then 2 leg machines for front and back upper leg muscles, then tricep and bicep machines. I think they were set for 25 pounds each? Did really well, with that #36 being rough on all machines, so it was a good set! Then I busted my trainer for leaving me alone the whole time, so he threatened to up the ante tomorrow on our leg training session. We shall see!

The math works regardless of what the food is. There is no magic combination of foods to eat or not eat to lose weight. Its energy in vs energy out, not whitelisted foods vs blacklisted foods.
