who meal plans?
yes. I have gotten back to the bone broth.. so many healthy benefits.
I try to make 1 meat that is versatile to be used with many veggie combos. I love pork so I make pork in the crockpot about 4lb size pork roast. throughout the week I will have the pork with various combos of veggies like cauliflower rice. baked potato mixed veggies what ever.

try to plan what my snack will be.. like tonight will have pistachios and small amount of dried fruit or an apple. always fill up on non caloric beverage
