Happy with results. I only have 0.9kg to go to achieve my phase 2 goal and a bit over 2 weeks to do it. I am feeling very fluey so have brought out the white tea that seems to cure anything for me within 2 days. I cannot stop training. I am thinking of entering a natural bodybuilding comp in September next year so I need to keep at it. To place in the top 5 will be my ultimate fitness goal. Lots of feasibility planning to do.
266.5 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
