Ate a whole lot at dinner so I am pleased with weight loss. It might be water though but will see tomorrow. I need to try and get better sleep as last night was a disaster.
268.7 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
