Finally stepped on the scale this morning and was quite surprised at the result. With Thanksgiving over and behind me I still managed to lose a few ounces. Its not much but a loss is a loss so I'm happy about that. Hope to get another 10-15 off by Christmas. Keeping track on here is definitely quite beneficial. :)
