I'm a wife and mommy. I have neverever been the skinny kid, in fact I always struggled with my weight. I have definitely looked better in my younger years but lately......YIKES!!!. After having my son, the baby weight came off really easy but after my daughter well its still hanging on and giving me a heck of a time leaving. Its like the guest that wouldn't leave. LOL
I am a business owner and fortunate to be able to work from home, but it also makes it easy to go to the fridge. I've managed to curb that aspect but there are always little things that I must fight with.
I am bound and determined to get this extra person off me and would love to have it happen (or at least close) by next year so I can feel comfortable going on rides with the hubby and little girl when amusement park weather comes about.
Will gladly like to have buddies to ride along on this journey and we all can reach our goals together.

You'll definitely find it online...but if any of the books you did get speak about 5:2 (meaning 2 days fasting and 5 normal healthy eating)you'll get some of the info in them. Smile AWW don't feel bad, I'm usually only stuck behind the computer for one day out of the week. Smile I do give myself a lunch break, today was a late lunch...on my fasting days I usually have a late lunch and then maybe a hand full of nuts around dinner time. You'll have to let me know if any of the books you got are good reads. Smile

Welp I had stepped away from fatsecret for quite awhile and then poof there you were in my email with one of your journal entries...I had be secretly reading them each and every morning (secretly meaning I didn't post anything back) Smile Well by those emails I am now back. Smile and now that I found the intermittent fasting I am feeling great about my comeback. Smile I agree it can be done. Smile just got to start. Smile

Calorie deficit. Which is more important, per day or per week?
Its least for me...being in my late 40's I would of thought the kitchen duties of cooking would of gotten a little bit smoother but that is not so. LOL I think they think its a restaurant...might need to take my "KITCHEN IS CLOSED" sign out again. LOL
