Skipped my walk this morning. Did 25 mins of yoga instead. I walked in the morning for 4 days straight. Figured I needed to do something a bit different. I've been maintaining my weight for the last 3 days. I think I need to eliminate the Oikos yogurt. We had a bunch of them in the house, and I wanted to eat them and get them out (and they are SOOOO YUMMY). But at 18-23 carbs each; they've been putting a bit of a strain on my carb intake each day. I've still been staying 40-50g, but I know I can do better. I think I'll eat one every other day until they are gone. And then I'm only buying the flavor my son likes. I managed to get a FULL 8 hours of sleep, not sure why I'm feeling so foggy this morning.
