159.1 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great challenge for yourself. I'm weird, b/c a lot of time I'll lose weight over the holidays since I'm more motivated to lose b/c of seeing family.
