GOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN...wanted to get a different walk yesterday so went to the park so i could do a hill walk...only 4600 in steps...and my knee isnt bothering me so guess any movement is better then none...a great day yesterday an also a compliment from someone i often see when i walk...someone confirming that changing to a healthier lifestyle is a great improvement in my life ...i am like everyone..when i finally decided to start walking to get exercise and i seen the weight start to drop off i wanted it to all happen as fast as i gained it...it just doesnt happen like that...getting the weight off is a longgggg journey just like changing the way you view food an eating only when your hungry...i had always been taught to eat at a set time...when your young an full of energy that often works...but as you get older...an less movement if any...it just wasnt working for me...now i only eat when im hungry...my tummy says feed me or i will keep growling at you till you do....and for me this seems to work best....i have also started using the whey mix again 2x a day...just for added protein and to fill me so im not as hungry as often...i kno i still have along journey to get to my final weight goal...but i can see the light at the end of the tunnel more clearly now...have a greatttttttttttttt day...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!

Are you still smiling? ;-) Sounds like a great walk this morning. Glad your knee isn't bothering you! It's a bummer that it takes longer to take off the weight than put it on ... Or sure seems like it. I'm still motivated so that's a good thing for me. Keep up the great work!
