I've decided that I'm going to start weighing in every day.... I'm getting very curious as to what the normal fluctuations of my body are. I think it would be an interesting experiment.

Here we go! Day 1 -- 140.8 pounds

Oh, and my legs are all recovered from my Sunday run :) Maybe do a 3 mile recovery run today? I think yes!

I couldn't do this WITHOUT weighing in daily. I need to know how my body reacts to my actions, and I belive that it gives a deeper understanding of what's going on "under the hood" of the man-machine. I think it's a wise choice. Just don't be intimidated by freaky fluctuations. They WILL come and they WILL mess with your head now and then. :)
