I got on the scale before I left, a day early for a weekly weighing but I didn't bring my scale on vacation, so I am putting in the number I saw!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2016:
1373 kcal Fat: 29.96g | Prot: 117.44g | Carb: 156.25g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), Dannon Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Cherry. Lunch: Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, Cooked Chinese Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz). Dinner: Wegmans Cooked Shrimp, Life Alive Rebel Bowl. Snacks/Other: Pecan Shortbread Cookies, Breyers All Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, Peanut Butter Cookie. more...
