I think I've made my entries public again. Just needed a little mental break. I think I'm good now well as good as I'm going to get. Can't put too much pressure on myself, that goes for us all! Body beast was good today and yesterday :-)

A trick to a great definition pic is take it right after a kick butt session ;-) it's called something but I forgot. Anyway thanks guys I love to lift those twenty-five lb Dumbbells, as much as my body allows me to. I think tomorrow is my lower body workout. Haven't done a squat in a couple of weeks.
