So there you go. I got worried when my weight was the same yesterday as the day before, and today I'm down 1.5 lbs. I think this is the cycle I'm in - down a couple days in a row, stays the same, then down again.

I do think there is some truth to constipation being at issue here. As long as it resolves itself every couple days, I guess I can live with it!

8 days - 7.5 lbs!
225.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's pretty normal and happens to most of us. No one loses every day unless it's very early in their diet. It's normal to stay the same for a week and drop too. As long as you stay consistent and don't let anything deter you, you will be fine.

Thanks for the encouragement! It's hard seeing the scale stay steady or even increase a little, but if overall the weight is coming off, I'm happy!
