This is my game face, lol.

There are not so many differences week to week, but month to month, you can really see the changes. Will have hubby take the pics starting next Monday.

Aside from occasional cramping in my left leg and foot, and wakefulness in the middle of the night, I feel great. Will stop by Walgreens and buy Epsom salts after work.

Lady, I like your quote. Your weight loss chart is looking formidable: game on! One of the folks at my yoga class was saying that there are some good magnesium lotions that get rid of cramps fast. Another said you can make one with coconut oil and epsom salts. Just a tip.

That coconut oil/epsom salt lotion sounds like a good idea. Who wants to take a bath at 1:30 in the morning? Still need to remember the salts, though. I have no problems during activity, only while resting/sleeping.

I like your game face, Lady! I think maybe I'll start my day (after coffee) with a nice soak in Epsom salts. One of the selling points of my house is that it has a round, pink Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. It's just tacky enough to be kitschy. LOL Thanks Erika for the coconut oil/Epsom salts idea. I'll make some up today.

My two front teeth are cracked and stained :(. Will smile next week from a good camera distance :) Thanks, April. Msk, I'm coming to your house for a soak in your tacky tub :D

And on the subject of coconut oil: it also makes a stain-removing toothpaste. Amazing stuff!

Yes yes a nice stiff paste of coconut oil, baking soda and a few drops of peppermint oil make an excellent toothpaste that makes your teeth look and feel like you just left the dentists office after a good cleaning. I see you only have one chin Lady!!!! Nice work!

You're face really shows the results of all your work, and you're chart is amazing. You're doing so great. I like the quote above, would be nice if more people followed those ideas. Have a great day!

Already brush with baking soda. Will add coconut oil. @Deb, I do still have two chins, but the second one is a leeeeetle smaller! Thanks, Sue!

Leg cramps...Grrr. You might try a drink powder called CALM + calcium. It is magnesium and potassium, mix in a bit of hot water till it is done fizzing, add more water and enjoy. I have some every night, keeps everything moving as well ;) Pickles with the juice and tonic water with quinine both have good reputations as well. Watch for sugar in the tonic water though. Enjoy your soak :)

Congrats on your work and your change. New research showing leg cramps not about magnesium. potassium or dehydration. It is a nerve issue...and new successful interventions involve short circuiting the nerve signals through spices...hot peppers I think.
